Welcome Back!

Where do I even begin? Well I have found my blog and decided to pick it back up. I beat myself up for not keeping on top of it so that I could look back at the memories. But we can't take that back so I am here and ready to begin again and stay on top.

First welcome to 2012! I don't think I have blogged since the beginning of 2011 so there is a whole year to catch up on.  So be prepared because this post will be pretty long...

We moved back to Mooresville in August of 2011 and found a beautiful house that not only fit us but the doggies too. It's beautiful and we really love it. Although we are renting we plan to buy in the near future we just don't know where we want to end up. Because buying a house isn't simple and you have to decided where you want to be permanent.

Doggies? Yes I mentioned doggies! We have 2 danes who have been in our life for about 3yrs now. We love them to pieces - well sometimes. 

TLC- Extreme Couponers

Did anyone catch the new TV show on TLC called Extreme Couponers?

Well it aired a couple of weeks ago & 3 of the people on there I know.

Nathan is the owner of weusecoupons.com the coupon blog I visit everyday, Amanda is a member there & TheKrazyCoupon Lady is the owner of a blog I frequent.

It was a great show & seemed to get a lot of hits.

They got good feedback & of course negative too!
The network ended up buying a 12 part series & needed some guest to be on the show.

So I had applied not thinking anything about it.

Ya'll know me & how much I am addicted to coupons!

Well this past week I got a callback & was asked to be on the show!!!!!

They loved me & my story that the producers picked me!

I couldn't believe it and still cant! I am still in awe & so freaking excited!

They are wanting to film in March so it should be soon!

I will have to let everyone know when I am on the TV!!

Prayers for Baby Kaleb & Family

I am not sure if anyone remembers me blogging or knows about baby Kaleb. About 4yrs ago he was shaken by his babysitter & almost killed. He just turned 5yrs old but had the mind and body of a 6-9month old. The babysitter pretty much took the life out of his body & make his family suffer with his injuries. I had the awesome privilege to fundraiser for him family and raise them a ton of money. I also had the privilege to fly down & meet the family and spend a couple of hours with Kaleb. I will never forget his cute little face & his amazingly strong family. His family has been through a lot but they have received 2 miracle babies after kaleb. Last year the babysitter finally pleaded guilty to shaking him but she only got i believe 16months in prison. To me that is not enough, she took an innocent life away.

Snow Day!

So for 2 days in a row we have had snow days!

Now there is talk about school being canceled tomorrow too!

I can help but laugh at school being canceled though. When I grew up in Oregon it didn't matter if we have 10ft of snow we still went to school.

But here people are not used to it therefor they become crazy when they have to drive in it.

And then it usually results to 10000 wrecks and just a big ol' mess!

While others are complaining about it we are enjoying it!

I wish everyday was like this.

Hello 2011!

First of all I am going to say that I am pretty ashamed that I didn't blog once in 2010! I mean really? A whole year and I missed out on so much to blog about! So here I am in 2011 ready to start a new year, new me & blog more! This post will just be a bunch of rambling of 2010 happenings since I failed to share anything in a year!
