2 years!

So yesterday was mine and jakes 2yr anniversary. It seems like yesterday I had just met him and was getting to know him. I think to my self just 2 years? That’s it? Gosh it seems like its been like 10 years! I love that man to death; I wouldn’t change it for the world. He is so good to me and rhylan; he works his booty off everyday! I am so grateful for him! I love him more then anything! So 2 yrs and growing stronger!
Ohh ya and its my birthday in about 6days! Big ol 21!!!! I’m getting old!

Snow Day! Jan 17th 2008

Yes we got snow!!!!!!! It wasn’t much, but it was enough to make us happy!! It started around 1am this morning and went until we got about an inch. I took rhylan out to play in it, and at first he was scared and didn’t know what to think. Then he got the hang of it and starting laughing and screaming and talking all about it! It was so cute! I didn’t have much snow clothes for him, since here we only see it once a year so I just layered him all up and put on some cute rain boots that are still 2 sizes too big! Anyways I took lots and lots of pictures; they were turning out so good. I wish I was a professional photographer!

Just a another update

So just wanted to update a little bit! We are doing good, same ol' same ol' stuff around here nothing new! Rhylan is doing good, his vocab is getting bigger and we are starting to understand him more! He loves bathtime, anytime you say "you want to go take a tubby?" he runs to the bathroom and is ready! He will be 15 months in 5days! Gosh time just flies bye! I will be 21 on the 29th and i am excited! I think we are going to go out for a few drinks :]

Just a little update on us Jan 8th 2008

Just a little update on us. The holidays are over and it’s back to plain jane. So we are doing fine, nothing new around here just the same ol’ same. Rhylan is approaching 15months on the 20th and it’s hard to believe my little man is growing like a weed. It wasn’t to long ago I took him to the doctors I think like a month ago and he was almost 3 feet tall and 29lbs!! My little man isn’t little so more! He’s turned into his dad; it’s like his little clone! He has grown so much and his vocabulary has expanded so much. He must say a million words, and will pretty much repeat anything you say! He just learned how to get on and off the couch and the bed! That’s a new thing that he loves to do, but it still gives me heart attacks afraid he might fall off. I just love him to pieces.
I am babysitting a lot, and I mean a lot! Probably for about 12 families! It’s a lot of work, but I enjoy it and bring in some good money to help around the house! Meeting new families and kiddos is so fun! Plus rhylan gets to meet some new friends! It’s good for him to get some socialization! And daddy has been working everyday like always, gotta love the man for supporting us though! I am very proud of him, because his new year’s resolution was to jog every morning, and I have to say he has been getting up at 6am and jogging! He really wants to loose his daddy belly! He isn’t fat at all, but he thinks so. I wish I had the will power to join but that is too early and too cold for me. But starting on the 9th we are only eating healthy no more bad junk food. I really want to loose weight but it’s hard! Anyways so ya that’s an update on us!

Happy 2008!

So i havent blogged in a couple of days, its been kind of busy around here. Ive been babysitting alot for all the mommies on my site. Its be wonderful i love little kids they are soo fun to take care of! Lets see christmas was awesome for us, and its past. I took down the tree cause it was just bugging me and taking over my house!
New years was pretty cool too, i had a little boy over staying the night with rhylan while his parents went on a midnight cruise. I must say having 2 boys at the same age was kind of challenging. But rhylan had alot of fun ;] My sister and a couple of her friends were over and we just drank jello shooters(BTW i only had 2 dont freak out) and played guitar hero III for hours!
So welcome 2008! I hope this year is alot better then last year and god guides us in the right path! I have so much resolutions...losing weight, eating healthier, getting help for my depression, becoming closer as a family! My husband resolution is to get up ever morning and go jogging! More power to him!! If he can do it i will be proud of him, he said that last year and it didnt happen so we will see :]
Anyways I hope everyone had a safe holiday and will have a happy 2008!
